Short description
The Living Foods Program is a long-term nutritional program for radiant health; it is not a diet; it is a lifestyle of healthy eating. Living Foods are foods that still have their enzymes intact. That means the enzymes have not been destroyed by heating, wilting, storage and any other damage. Nor is it fragmented or processed in any way. Living Foods are fresh, raw, whole, organic plant foods and juices. The Living Foods program started in the USA with Ann Wigmore who started the Hippocrates centre. It was introduced into the UK by Elaine Bruce at the UK Centre for Living Foods (see www.livingfoods.co.uk for more info). Alison Finn, certified living foods practitioner and colon hydrotherapist, teaches it in Ringwood in the format of one day workshops of one-to-one tuition.
